What are the benefits of a Cloud PBX (MBX) vs a traditional PBX phone system?
A traditional PBX not only requires a large capital investment and a physical server to exist in your office, but also does not have the redundancy provided by our cloud system. When your PBX is hosted in the cloud, it essentially can never go down. No matter what happens at your location, calls will still route to employee cell phones and/or a different location that still has internet. This means you’ll never miss a call!
How easy is it to keep my existing telephone numbers?
SoundLine™’s porting department is known throughout the industry for our attention to detail and determination to get your number ported on time, every time. We even set up your phones to work prior to the port so, once the numbers transfer to our network, you won’t even know that it happened.
How will we get trained on our new system?
The wonderful thing about our training is that we only need to train you on how to use your phones, and never on how to program anything; we do all of that for you. After a thorough consultation, we will program and test your entire system before shipping. Once you receive your phones, simply call us and we will go over everything in as much detail as you require. After that we are available 24/7.
